30 Day Standard Return Policy

  • You can initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases where the return is not because of faulty functionality (i.e. don't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.).

  • We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of a defective product.

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year limited warranty in the case of a technical issue with the product (i.e. needing repair or a non-functional device).

  • Shipping costs for returns that require repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • If repair or replacement is needed, we will cover the shipping charges of the new device.

  • Warranty is only valid in the United States.
