30 Day Standard Return Policy
You can initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases where the return is not because of faulty functionality (i.e. don't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.).
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of a defective product.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty in the case of a technical issue with the product (i.e. needing repair or a non-functional device).
Shipping costs for returns that require repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If repair or replacement is needed, we will cover the shipping charges of the new device.
